Training sessions are guaranteed a client-to-coach ratio of no more than 3:1, and more often a 2:1 ratio. Participants are closely supervised and instructed throughout their workouts. Our program places a premium on instilling proper exercise mechanics and training methods that produce the fastest results possible. Not on entertainment, but on results.
Our low coach to client ratio enables us to instruct and supervise every aspect of the workouts. Each athlete follows a progressive training routine comprised of the following:
- warm up, flexibility and mobility drills
- resistance training modalities that are appropriate to your sport or goals.
- the right type of energy system development (cardio) that transfers to your sport or is appropriate to your goals.
- progressive training programs that we monitor by writing them down and collecting data. Without keeping track of your training you’re violating one of the most important principles to your success, progressive overload. Remember this, what gets measured, gets improved. This ensures that you make continuous progress and don’t plateau due to adaptation to your training.
All our clients train with their own individualized training programs based off of their initial assessment and their goals.
The Fitness Assessment
We perform an upper and lower structural balance assessment to identify any inherent weaknesses. You’re only as strong as your weakest link.
We also conduct Biosignature reading through body fat analysis. This gives supportive verification to the functioning of your hormonal profile. Your hormonal profile is one of the most important aspects to your overall training success.
Nutrition and Supplementation for Peak Performance
Nutrition is the sum total of what you eat and as well as your bodies ability to use what you ingest. USI identifies your place on the dietary continuum and makes appropriate suggestions for your improvement.
